Hormone Testing

Thank you for your trust & for taking the time to review your options. Our patients, and Dr. Natalie herself, can also speak to the dramatic improved quality of life once you reach the finish line.

The entire process cost to investigate your fundamental underlying hormonal & metabolic dysregulation & determine the solution(s) for restoring your health is $250 (if you're not already aware of average wellness facilitation costs, rest assured, this is minuscule) & is as follows:

• Complete survey of symptoms (free)
• Analyze your symptoms & match them to the correct specialized hormone test (this involves consultation with ZRT, MDRX and/or DUTCH labs.) 
• Collaborate with experts to select the correct test match for you, to ensure no symptoms are overlooked as there are many test options & to also avoid over-testing. 
• Review your medication & medical history to determine collection method: blood spot vs saliva vs urine vs combination.
• Meet with you (virtual option as well) to discuss necessary test & demonstrate how test is performed & submitted to the lab; explanation of testing process.
• Order specific test needed & perform blood collection complimentary (This avoids having to retest). Each test has a different cost, which you will purchase separately. This is unrelated to the $250 facilitation fee. The test costs vary from $175 to $450.
• Review comprehensive lab results, thoughtfully; the results are extensive, not a simple task, takes a lot of time, requires communications with pathology, pharmacy, & medical wellness experts.
• Correspond with our medical supplement experts to discuss lab results, determine which supplements are necessary to treat your specific health issues, and how these supplements facilitate hormone communication & efficiency.
• Meet with you (in person or virtual) to discuss your results, recommended treatments, & rationale in detail.
• Determine if compound hormones are necessary therapies based on lab results. If so, authorize prescription(s) for those therapies & fax to our partner compound pharmacy.
• Answer pertinent emails/calls regarding your treatment plan & correspond with labs, pharmacies & other wellness experts regarding specific questions that will come up.
• Compound hormones are priced per pharmacy & are purchased separately from their facility, in person or over the phone & can be picked up or mailed. The pharmacist will also review your prescriptions with you and answer all questions you have.
• Determine when follow up testing is needed (commonly three to four months for body to stabilize, initially; then longer thereafter).
• Once you're back on track, it will just be a matter of maintenance. 
• Each 90-day pharmaceutical medication refill will cost $150. (Much less than a visit to a healthcare facility - save your time, money & frustration!) This also helps cover time to log on to state registry, verify prescription, document in electronic wellness files & communicate with pharmacy & wellness vendor(s) about your progress, including whether your dose needs to be altered & when retest is necessary.
• The main goal is getting answers & solutions to get you feeling better as soon as possible. Dr. Natalie has spent a great deal of time researching medical labs, powerful medical supplements, and compound pharmacy options. She would never suggest this path had she not walked it herself. We cannot speak highly enough of the reputation and decades of scientific study these partner companies have undergone. We have countless examples of the positive changes Dr. Natalie and other patients have experienced from these treatments - more than happy to share, if you're interested. ;)
