Provider requested follow up appointments are always free!
Our Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only our patients, but our staff as well.
To be respectful of fellow patients, please call (262) 208-4555 or email info@lakecountryaesthetics.com at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours or there is a 'no show,' a $150 missed appointment fee will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
Cost
We do not accept commercial insurance. Pricing is determined by the extent of each individual treatment. We are sensitive to cost and offer the most reasonable prices possible, for the highest grade ingredients that produce the most robust results. General pricing is routinely discussed before treatment. We offer a wide variety of payment options, including Care Credit and Cherry.
