Return and Refund Policy

All product returns require prior approval by Seller and must be within the expiration date. Please call 262-208-4555 Lake Country Aesthetics LLC for prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be returned and product credit will not be issued.
Seller is not responsible for lost returns.
Unused, unopened, or unmarked product may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be shipped by Buyer to Seller, and must include an Authorization Code. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Patient returns due to dissatisfaction may be returned for a replacement within 30 days of the purchase date from Seller. Patient returns must be shipped before the product will be considered for replacement and must include Authorization Code. Seller will honor this policy unless the products are not dispensed properly.
Giveaway products are final. Seller cannot take returns or exchanges for free products. Free products missing or damaged orders must be reported to Seller within one week of the date of giveaway. All purchases of trial/travel-size products and promotional products are final.
